Susan Kamau (Sue)

CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

With her infectious smile and sparkling eyes, Sue exudes warmth with her bubbly personality with a determination to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

She is a true patient advocate. She will listen to your concerns and try solve any issues as best as she can. As a lead in the business team, she dedicates much of her time to learning best practices in patient care and all aspects of operations at the clinic.

She is very efficient and professional in appointment and insurance coordination, she will organize everything you need before and after your visit. Her fondest time at work is meeting new people and making a difference in their lives.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family – especially her father, adventure and listening to contemporary gospel music.

Jeff Ngugi

SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Jeff Ngugi is the ICT Systems Support specialist at our clinic, bringing over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry. He holds a degree in Business Information Technology from St. Paul’s University, which has laid the foundation for his successful career in ICT support
Jeff’s dedication and deep knowledge in his field have been instrumental in his professional growth, making him an invaluable asset to our team. His expertise ensures that our ICT systems run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the clinic’s overall operations.

With his skills in cyber security, he is responsible for analyzing, improving, implementing, and executing security controls proactively, to prevent any external threats.

Outside of work, Jeff is an avid explorer with a passion for traveling. He also enjoys listening to music, finding inspiration and relaxation through his favorite tunes. Jeff’s blend of technical skills and personal interests enriches both his professional and personal life.

Anita Wachira

COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICER

Anita Wachira is the Patient Experience and Community Relations Officer at Dental Smiles. She is the vibrant and welcoming face of the company. Holding a diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies, Anita ensures the delivery of excellent, patient-focused service. She manages patient interactions, addresses concerns, and collaborates with staff to enhance the patient experience.
In her role as Community Relations Officer, Anita fosters positive relationships with the community, promoting Dental Smiles’ services and initiatives. Anita is also an accomplished creative, holding a diploma in Interior Design from the Evelyn College of Design and a certificate in Graphic Design from Graffins College. She enjoys creating beautiful spaces and working with her hands.

Vincent Muli

Administrative Assistant

Meet Vincent Muli, the dynamic chef and messenger at Dental Smiles who brings more than just his culinaryn skills to the clinic. With a passion for creating delightful dishes, Vincent ensures that every meal he prepares is a feast for the senses, delighting both staff and patients alike.
Beyond the kitchen, Vincent’s vibrant personality truly shines. He has a special knack for entertaining the young visitors at Dental Smiles, transforming the clinic into a playground of fun and laughter. Whether it’s engaging kids in exciting PlayStation games or leading spirited Foosball matches, Vincent’s energy is infectious, making dental visits a memorable and enjoyable experience for the little ones.

Stella Mutio

Office Administrator

Stella Mutio, the accomplished office administrator at Dental Smiles, brings 14 years of extensive experience in the dental industry to her role. A certified dental assistant from the Institute of Healthcare Management, Stella combines her administrative expertise with deep knowledge of dental care to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Known for her meticulous work and exemplary attention to detail, Stella is the backbone of Dental Smiles, managing day-to-day activities with precision and efficiency. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every task she undertakes, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside the office, Stella enjoys farming and finds joy in cultivating her own produce. Additionally, she loves swimming, which she enjoys for leisure and relaxation. Stella Mutio’s blend of professional dedication and diverse interests makes her a dynamic and well-rounded member of the Dental Smiles family.

Isaac Mokaya

Hygiene Technician

Isaac Mokaya, our dedicated office hygiene technician, brings over 12 years of professional cleaning experience to Dental Smiles. Known for his gentle and soft-spoken nature, Isaac ensures our clinic remains a pristine and welcoming environment for everyone.
His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are unparalleled, creating a safe and hygienic space for both patients and staff. Beyond his cleaning expertise, Isaac is always ready to lend a helping hand, embodying the spirit of teamwork and care.

With over 15 years of professional driving experience, George Katoni is an invaluable member of our team. Known for his punctuality, reliability, and impeccable driving skills, George ensures smooth and safe transportation for all our office needs.
Beyond his professional expertise, George has a passion for leisure activities that keep him entertained and relaxed. He is an avid football fan, always eager to catch the latest matches and support his favorite teams. In his downtime, George also enjoys listening to music, finding joy and relaxation in a wide range of genres.

Dr. Emmanuel Mango

HR Consultant

His life’s purpose is to inspire people and organizations to live meaningful lives. He is a seasoned management consultant, specializing in Human Resource Management, Leadership Training, Corporate Governance and Strategic Planning at Kome Business Consultant.
He holds a doctorate degree in Leadership and Organizational Change from United States International University, MSc. Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a BSc. Physics degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management.
He has over 15 years of professional experience.
He is the author of an amazing book The Good Success: How to Cultivate a Fulfilling, Impactful and Value-driven Life.

Currently, Chrispo is making significant contributions at Dental Smiles, where he heads the finance department.
